Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add your choices to the shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete your order.
We accept credit card, debit card & Paypal payments via RBS WorldPay's secure service. (If you would like more information about this service, visit www.rbsworldpay.com.) We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
We will e-mail to confirm your order has been received. The contract between us commences when the order has been dispatched and dispatch advice has been provided. We have included this term to protect us in case a pricing error has been made, the goods have been mistakenly under-priced or are no longer available. In the case of a price change, we will contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We currently ship to the following locations:
- UK Mainland - all street addresses except BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Outer Hebrides - UK Off-Mainland - Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Outer Hebrides - BFPO - British Forces Post Office
We charge between £3.95 and £9.95 based on weight, volume and recipient location. However, on certain over-weight or bulky items, a custom price will be shown.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt subject to approval of your payment (with the exception of weekends and Public Holidays). Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 5 working days of our dispatch confirmation.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Returns Policy You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us, or exchange any item purchased, for any reason whatsoever, until 7 days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you, providing the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition, sealed in its original packaging.
To organise a return, contact the Be-Active Customer Service Team on enquiries@be-active.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for return.
All goods must be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty or supplied in error. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. We, therefore recommend you take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
In the event an item is faulty, please return the product, including all original packaging, labels and written information and we will offer an exchange or, if replacement stock is not available, an alternative product. If no alternative is available, we will process a refund payable within 7 working days of the item being received and checked back in as saleable.
Be-Active will check all items returned as damaged or defective and reserve the right to consult with product experts to ascertain legal and moral obligation. In the event we find no fault with the goods or fault is found to be use-related, we reserve the right to apply the charge for the item/s and recover our fees and expenses.
These terms apply to your current order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
